Large, clean rooms with nice views.

A very good value for a very reasonable price, with the added luxury of balconies with the rooms. This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel.

An information card with the sequence of the television channels might have been helpful. Now it was trial and error!

The room was large and comfortable. Had a refrigerator, microwave and private patio. The pool area was absolutely beautiful. There was a table and chairs and large comfortable chair. We had a king bed and was very comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better, but wasn't bad.

The hotel was easy to find and park at. The receptionist couldn't do enough for us. She changed our rooms immediately and without us asking when she realised we had booked two. She was happy to give us lots of information and details about the area, but at no point tried to sell us anything. We had a great room, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and the mountains in the background. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay here and would definately stay again.

Location, location, location. Royal Sun Inn is a pleasant comfortable place located 5 minute from downtown Palm Spring. Staff are all excellent, place is clean, comfortable and great value for the price we paid.

A wonderful friendly and helpful welcome. Great hotel and lovely room. Nice pool area and wonderful hot tub. We had it to ourselves after a long drive from Flagstaff. Well located for local restaurants and a short drive to the downtown area. Nice breakfast room with a good choice.

The staff was friendly and really cared that I was comfortable. The maids should be complimented on how helpful and cooperative they are. The grounds were exceptionally neat. I was very impressed!

Absolutely not. This is a first class operation and it shows.

Clean and comfortable, large room, pool, good location.

We arrived later than planned and the motel office was all locked up. There are inadequate provisions for late check in-you phone a number and wait for someone to turn up. We had to ring and ring for a response. Our toilet flooded the room just as we were trying to check out. We will give them the benefit of the doubt as a one off.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a really nic elady at the office who told us about Palm Springs, where to go, what is nice.. There was pretty big swimming pool and lots of space for sunbathing. The breakfast was very nice - coffe, dzus, fruit, bread, cheese, dounuts, waffles, cereals. We enjoyd the stay in there.

Everything was fine, just the internet wasn't very fast.

Everything!!! We had a 2nd floor suite ,rooms are sufficiently sound proofed. Wonderful view of Mts, the hotel is close enough to walk to the center of town (if weather permits). Other quests of varying backgrounds ( about 12 other couples Sat., 1\2 dozen Sun. 3 other Mon.) Partied Hearty, but respected others by not becoming obnoxious, and settling in at a reasonable hour (about 11:00-12:00 pm). Rooms have everything you need, the staff is happy and helpful. Didn't see in young children (under 16). Ask for a room pool side with a view. Htng\cooling work very well!! We are planning to return every 3 months (for business & pleasure. a local pizza\salad\sandwich place (ad in room) food is really good & inexpensive. Gerry & Susan Murray

The location was very nice and clean, the staff at reception was really good, interessed in my opinions and very polite.

Charming, Charming, Charming

The good pool area was perfect for lounging under the sun, with plenty of comfy loungers and umbrellas. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing mountain views from my spacious balcony, especially during sunset. The bed was an absolute dream, fluffy and so cozy!

Good clean rooms good pool and hot tub. Excellent location good staff. Breakfast very good and made fresh with good choice for price paid all included in room price.
